While order status updates are provided automatically, you have the ability to manually update an order's status using the steps below.
Navigate to the Orders page of the Coldcart portal, and check the box next to the specific order you'd like to manually update:
Click the dropdown next to the Cancel Orders button that appears. Then click Change Status:
Select the status you'd like to update to, and click Submit.
Note: you can select more than one order if you want to change multiple orders into the same status.
