Order Status Updates

How and when to expect status updates for your orders processed in Coldcart

Upon being pulled by Coldcart's system, your orders will be moved into Fulfilling status. From there, order statuses will automatically update in our portal as we receive API shipment updates from the carrier(s).

Additionally, any warehouse/FC receiving a Wave Summary is able to use a smartphone camera to scan Coldcart's QR code at the end of each wave summary PDF and force orders to update from Fulfilling to Shipped status. This useful feature allows a warehouse lead to confirm when your orders are in the carrier's possession in real-time vs. waiting for the carrier to scan the labels as shipped (which sometimes are delayed if the carrier forget to scan right away or only scan once in a carrier sort center, or similar).
