During onboarding, Coldcart will assist with setting up your initial order pulls. "Order pulls" or "jobs" refer to the act of pulling eligible* orders from your OMS (Order Management System) into the Coldcart system for processing to assign shipping boxes, packaging material, coolant, as well as apply your customized rules, decide on carrier and service-level, and ultimately create shipping labels and picklists which are then sent to your respective fulfillment center(s).
On the Settings page, click the Integrations header:
This will display the OMS currently integrated with Coldcart's system as well as the automated "order pulls" or "jobs" scheduled.
Select the Job you'd like to update by clicking it's name under the Jobs subheader. In this example, the name of the job being updated is "Weekday morning pull":
Change the Time an Automated Pull Takes Place
In the resulting righthand sidebar, scroll down to Execution Time, UTC and toggle the hour and minute to your desired timing.
Note: these fields are displaying time in UTC which is translated to your local time zone immediately underneath (in this example the local time is PST):
Change the Day(s) an Automated Pull Takes Place
Modify which days a job is performed by checking or unchecking the boxes for each weekday just below Execution Days:
Note: you must click "Save" after modifying the cadence of your existing pull for those changes to take effect.
Manually Trigger an Order Pull
In the upper right corner of each Job Details sidebar, you'll see a button labeled "Trigger Now". Clicking this button will immediately pull and process eligible* orders from your OMS into the Coldcart system:
*eligible orders refers to Shopify orders in the statuses of "Open," "Paid" and "Unfulfilled", unless otherwise noted by a Coldcart team member.
Note: clicking Preview Next Run displayed in the screenshot above will simply provide a .csv of the upcoming orders Coldcart's system would include in your next order pull (whether automated or manually performed) but clicking Preview Next Run will not fulfill the orders until a actual order pull is performed.
