Unfortunately, an order/shipment that is in the carrier's possession is not able to be cancelled by Coldcart. However, if an order has been sent to a Fulfillment Center (FC) for fulfillment but has not yet been handed over to a carrier, you may contact the FC to request that the order not be packed and/or shipped. Please note, however, that this is not guaranteed and may often not be possible.
Note: in the scenario where an order has been sent to a FC for fulfillment but is not yet in a carrier's possession, do not Cancel the order in the Coldcart portal until you have confirmation from the FC.
