There are currently three ways to export transaction level data in Coldcart's interface:
Order Export Feature
Coldcart's Order Export feature allows you to download a .csv file with over 40 data fields (columns) pertaining to every order processed in the date range you provide.
To download this export navigate to the Orders page from our Dashboard. On the righthand side of the Orders page, click the dropdown next to the Create Order button, then click Export Orders:
From the resulting pane, select the From and To date range you'd like to see data for. If you want to see orders for a specific Fulfillment Center only, select it from the Fulfillment Center (optional) dropdown. Otherwise, leave that field blank to download all Fulfillment Centers' data:
Click Submit to download your .csv file. Some of the many data fields (columns) you'll see for each shipment include:
Tracking ID
Carrier Service Level
Days in Transit
Last Mile Cost
Estimated Weight
Status
Etc.
Order Page Download
On the Orders page, filter for any order attributes you'd like to see. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Download button.
This report will give you datapoints like:
Order Id
Created Date
Placed Date
Item Count
Sku(s)
etc
Inventory Transactions Download
The inventory transactions download gives you a line by line record of every inventory transaction that has taken place in Coldcart within the date range submitted. Navigate to the Product Catalog tab and then to the transactions tab. At the bottom of the page you can export the list of transactions:
Datapoints include:
Item Name
Sku
Location
Lot Code
Date
Type
Quantity
