The two most common reasons why an order expected to be fulfilled is not appearing in Coldcart's portal are:
1) The order hasn't pulled yet
If an order is placed in your Shopify store after your scheduled pull into Coldcart, it will not be pulled and processed until the next time that job runs:
For example, if Coldcart is pulling orders every weekday at 7:00am, an order placed at 7:05am Monday will not be present in the Coldcart portal until 7:00am Tuesday.

2) The order is not in any of the three required Shopify statuses needed to be processing
These statuses are "Open," "Paid" and "Unfulfilled".
Note: if you'd like additional order statuses to be considered, like "Partially Fulfilled" or "Partially Refunded," contact Coldcart support to assist with modifying your order filters.
