From the Dashboard, click the Cost header/tab to see an at-a-glance summary of costs within the given date range chosen in the From and To date fields:
The highlighted categories above are able to be set by you as a client, directly: Coolant, Inner Packaging and Box (see Assigning Costs to Packaging Materials and Boxes)
A Coldcart team member will assist with adding Pick/Pack, Service Fee and Gift Note Fee to your Cost tab on the backend.
The remaining categories on the Cost tab will be calculated automatically by our system once orders ship through the platform: Total Cost, Average By Carrier, Average By Shipping Box and Last Mile.
TIP: In the Coldcart Portal, if you're shipping from multiple fulfillment centers, simply select the Fulfillment Center option in the top-right dropdown. This will allow you to easily view and track costs by each fulfillment center, providing you with a more detailed breakdown of your shipping expenses!
