Add Inventory with Inbound Receipts

Log your inventory replenishments in the Coldcart portal using our Inbound Receipts feature

Our most efficient means to record your updated inventory QTYs after a replenishment is to log these with Inbound Receipts.

From Product Catalog, select Inbound Receipts from the list of headers. Next, click the +Record Inbound button:

The resulting page will request information like the Fulfillment Center which received the delivery, a BOL # and more (see below).

Click the +Add Item button below Item List to manually select the SKU and QTY that delivered in this inbound delivery, or click the Import button to upload a .csv file (this .csv file require the same fields as mentioned in our article on how to adjust inventory counts individually or in bulk):

Note: for accurate inventory counts and logging of receipts, it is advised to wait for a satisfactory POD (Proof Of Delivery) provided by the receiving warehouse/fulfillment center, before submitting an Inbound Receipt.

Tip for Upload errors: If your CSV won't upload, check for blank rows at the end of your file. Delete any empty lines below your data, save the file, and try uploading again. Hidden blank rows are a common cause of upload failures.
