At-a-glance inventory is visible through in two ways:
1) Inventory Tab
From the Coldcart portal Dashboard, click the Inventory tab to see available inventory for Sellable Items and Packaging based on the From and To date range:
Available = Units On Hand for future order processing
Allocated = Units already assigned to previous orders and no longer available
DOH = Days On Hand: Number of days worth of inventory onsite based on the previous 30 days of order history (EX. if you sold 100 units of PIZZA_SKU in the past 30 days, and have 200 units in available inventory, you have 60 DOH).
Note: click Export to download Sellable Items inventory information in .csv format:
2) Product Catalog
Navigating to Coldcart Portal Product Catalog, and under the Items header you'll see available inventory displayed for sellable items as well as non-sellable items:
Note: your shipping Box inventory is NOT displayed here; to see shipping Box inventory use method 1) described above.
To see even more granular inventory counts, including applicable lot codes, click the dropdown next to Inbound Receipt then click Export Inventory:
A .csv file will be generated for download, similar to the example below:
