Utilize the bundle feature to ignore specific SKUs that you do not want fulfilled with your Coldcart SKUs. This feature is particularly useful if you want to fulfill some SKUs on an order through Coldcart, but ignore others. To ignore entire orders that include specific SKUs, utilize our Ignore Pre-Process Rule.
Navigate to the Add Bundle button in our portal. As mentioned in our article on transforming bundle SKUs, this can be found using either of two methods:
Product Catalog > Bundles > Add Bundle
Settings > Integrations > Add Bundle
In the Shopify Bundle SKU field, provide the line item SKU or the Bundle SKU from your Shopify store you'd like our system to ignore. Instead of clicking Add Component, which would tell our system what to transform the SKU into, jump straight to clicking Add in the bottom of the sidebar:
Under Items Transformations, you'll see our system will now "ignore" the SKU you provided.
Using the above as a an example, if your customer places an order comprised of 3 units of NEW_PRODUCT and 3 units of OLD_OUTDATED_SKU, our system will ignore the latter and only generate a picklist (and remove from inventory) the 3 units of NEW_PRODUCT.
