During onboarding, a Coldcart team member will send an email invite to the colleague(s) of your choosing in order for them to finalize their profile setup and access the Coldcart portal. Email screenshot below:
Either hyperlink in the email [screenshot above] will take you to a password reset page, where you can enter a password of your choosing for your profile:
After clicking the blue "Reset password," button, the profile setup is complete and you will be able to login using your newly established password credentials.
The Coldcart login page can be accessed by navigating to https://portal.coldcartfulfill.com or by going to https://www.coldcart.co and clicking "Log In' in the dropdown next to "Get Started":
