After logging into the Coldcart portal, click Settings under your name in the top right corner. On the resulting page, under the Users heading, click the button to Invite User:
Provide the email address of the recipient you'd like to grant access to, and select their permissions from the available three options listed (in descending order below):
Client Admin: Has full access to the system. The only role that can add or manage users.
Collaborator: Has full access to system functionality, including editing orders and settings. Cannot add or manage users.
Client View Only: Has read-only access across the entire system. Cannot make changes.
Click "Invite User" to send an email invite to the recipient's address provided.
