Add Additional Users to Coldcart Portal

How to add additional users, and set their permissions, in Coldcart's portal

After logging into the Coldcart portal, click Settings under your name in the top right corner. On the resulting page, under the Users heading, click the button to Invite User:

Provide the email address of the recipient you'd like to grant access to, and select their permissions from the available three options listed (in descending order below):

  • Client Admin: Has full access to the system. The only role that can add or manage users.

  • Collaborator: Has full access to system functionality, including editing orders and settings. Cannot add or manage users.

  • Client View Only: Has read-only access across the entire system. Cannot make changes.

Click "Invite User" to send an email invite to the recipient's address provided.
