Once a shipment is in the carrier's possession, subsequent tracking updates are pushed to the Coldcart system via the carrier - however, there can sometimes be a lag in an update transmitting from the carrier to Coldcart.
When in doubt, you can access the carrier's tracking ID directly for the most up-to-date shipping status by the two methods outlined below:
1) Click a specific order from the Orders page, and navigate to that order's Shipments header:
Under Tracking will be that shipment's carrier tracking ID as provided by the carrier (hyperlinked). Click this ID to be taken to the carrier's tracking page directly:
2) Click a specific order from the Orders page ,and in the top right corner is Coldcart's Tracking URL. Once you click that Tracking URL a new page will open. scroll to the bottom of that page and under History there will be the carrier tracking ID provided by the carrier. Similar to the above, that is a hyperlink which, when clicked, will take you directly to the carrier's own tracking page:
